Contact us by e-mail or by phone on +44 (0)20 8050 1787 to discuss your requirements. You can also contact us through our contact page. Please note that in order to deliver a brief and kick start the writing process, we require communication by email. All emails will be replied to within 24 hours of receipt.
We will then ask you to complete a Copywriting Brief, which contains questions that help us get to grips with your business and industry. It’s also an opportunity to establish the tone of voice, the target audience, and what you want to achieve from this project.
After our initial discussions we will send you a written proposal with an estimate for the work. After your acceptance of the proposal we send a letter of engagement to confirm the Copywriting Brief, the costs, and the timings. For large pieces of work we may request you pay a 25% deposit.
When you work with Zana Media you aren’t just working with a writing agency. You are working with a marketing agency (Zana Data Science). We understand better than most the power of content marketing and we can help you to develop a road map to success. We will give you a time frame for your content to be completed, taking in to account the amount of words you need and pieces of content required.
When we have completed your content order we will send you a .zip file with all of your content contained within, by email. You can then review the content and when happy, proceed with the last step.
Once you have received your content and you are happy with it, we will invoice you for the full amount owed, less any deposits previously paid. We accept payment via BACS or PayPal.
